It's easy to overlook these precautions on a balance sheet, but the cost of an accident rises fast in medical bills and lost product.

Environmental controls also deserve attention. Acrylic acid vapor damages ecosystems, so plants use advanced scrubbers and capture systems. I’ve seen investment in these upgrades lead to better worker morale because no one wants to worry about breathing poison at work.
